Fertility care is emotionally and medically complex. Clinics often juggle fragmented tools for managing patient data, treatment steps, medicine inventory, and appointments. Patients, on the other hand, struggle with confusing processes, poor communication, and lack of visibility into their own treatment journey.

What we FRAMED
Using Frame IT’s human-centered process, we collaborated closely with fertility specialists and clinic teams to understand pain points, workflows, and sensitivities in fertility care. Our goal was to create a digital platform that felt personal, intuitive, and secure — designed for both clinical teams and patients navigating emotionally intense experiences.
